The municipality of Haría is located in the north of the island of Lanzarote. Most of its perimeter, specifically 42 km , is occupied by coastal areas, the northern area being steeper than the eastern one, where the coast is smoother allowing the formation of beaches. It has an area of 106.6 km² , of which approximately 30% is Protected Natural Area.
The municipality is made up of ten population centers: Haría, Máguez , Guinate , Ye , Órzola , Punta Mujeres , Arrieta , Tabayesco , Mala and Charco del Palo .
