Arrecife is a Spanish municipality and city belonging to the Las Palmas province of the autonomous community of the Canary Islands . It is located in the east of the island of Lanzarote , of which it is the capital.
It is the smallest municipality on the island, with a surface area of 24.28 km², although it is also the most populous, with 64,645 inhabitants in 2020.

Daisy and Barry went to Don Albahaca in Arrecife and they had a freshly home made tomato sauce with serrano ham on fresh homemade Italian bread. It was absolutely delicious and tasty. They also had a fresh fruit smoothie which was very tasty and a nutritional drink. They are going back tonight for pizzas and an Italian style pork that they tried this morning. Enrique and Roberto are very friendly and are excellent hosts. Would highly recommend, Daisy and Barry have said it's their new favourite restuarant.
