THE BUNGALOW IS NOW COMPLETELY REFURBISHED, from ceiling to underneath, WITH EVERYTHING NEW AND EVEN MORE COMFORTS THAN BEFORE!

The bungalow Golondrina 17 is located on the first row to the beach, in the best group (the 4) of the 7 of a well-known 3 stars resort, facing the long beach (blue flag) of Matagorda, a few minutes from the heart of the tourist center of Puerto Del Carmen.

Casa Ann is a wonderful, air-conditioned, south facing 2 bedroom bungalow situated in a fantastic location in Matagorda. It is only a 2 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the shops/pubs.

Inside:

- Main bedroom consists of a double bed and the other bedroom has a single bed.

- Bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet & sink.

- A washing machine is in the bathroom for you to use throughout your stay.

- Living Room is a spacious air-conditioned area which has 2 corner sofa beds, flat screen TV (UK channels) and a selection of reading books.

- Kitchen consists of a fridge freezer, oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle. Plates, cups, glasses, utensils etc are also provided.

Outside:

- You have a large, private patio straight outside your front door overlooking the swimming pool. Provided for you are 2 comfortable loungers allowing you to relax and enjoy the glorious sunshine. There is also a table with 4 chairs and a parasol which enables to you dine outside. As the bungalow is south facing you will get plenty of sunshine from morning til evening all year round. At the side of the property there is a washing line for you to hang up your clothes, towels etc.

- The pool is shared with only a few other bungalows and is usually very quiet. It is surrounded by a child proof security glass for safety.
